The Posture Academy is now complete

In partnership with Intermountain Health, a large US-based healthcare provider, Olivier has renovated his famous Posture Academy, which has already helped hundreds of people worldwide feel better, improve their posture and regain comfort in their daily activities.

The new Posture Academy comprises 3 modules:

Module 1: improve your sitting posture, correct forward head posture and rounded shoulders
Module 2: improve your standing posture, fix anterior pelvic tilt and master the mid back muscles
Module 3: learn how to lift and carry without pain, and discover why bending on your knees is NOT the golden rule of manual handling!

Each module is available from our webshop for office workers and for healthcare workers.

Physicians, nurses, caregivers and other employees of the healthcare sector may also join the course from Udemy or Udemy Business.
