Workplace Analysis

Workplace Analysis

Your employees are in pain at a workstation, and they complain about it. But you don't know what to do, and you don't want to take random ergonomic measures. An expert eye is what you need to characterise ergonomic risks, and propose realistic and effective improvements to working conditions.

When engineering meets the clinical approach...

When the body is in pain, it gives us many indications of what is wrong with it. But you have to know how to interpret them…

This is where the added value of a mixed approach between mechanical engineering and clinical pathology lies: Olivier and his team can start from pain to understand the problems, or observe workstations to predict pain. And therefore advise you in a precise and efficient way.

If you need a detailed report, a public ergonomic analysis tool (QEC – Quick Exposure Check, RULA, REBA, SECO or SUVA tool, etc.) can be used, or your company’s own.

Once the problem has been identified, a solution that suits everyone has to be implemented. This is the second step: discussing the technical, organisational and behavioural improvements that will enable your company to maintain its performance while minimising the risk to your employees’ health.

Sometimes you have to understand what is going on at a single workstation. Some other times, a more global view of a production area, a workshop or a factory is required. The tools and know-how are just here: just get support from real experts!
