Ergonomics needs are everywhere, all the time. And ergonomists are scarce.

But ergonomics can be learned.

Olivier and his team offer a 4-day ergonomics training. But once the basics are acquired, learning continues mostly on the ground. And there too, you can count on their support.

They mainly offer two types of field training, alongside you at your workplace:

• coaching engineers, safety officers and occupational health nurses: they help you move your projects forward and provide theoretical knowledge as you go. You build skills through practice;
• training first-level specialists: it’s easy to learn how to adjust workstations for new employees, or to help colleagues experiencing discomfort. In two half-days, you’ll know how.
