How we help

Improving the working conditions is essential, but often not sufficient. You also need to exercise so as to mobilize, relax and stretch your musculoskeletal system. We know that training alone at home isn’t easy. To encourage you, we will test short group sessions in which Olivier will guide you through follow-along programs that have been especially designed for office workers like you.
