The user explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\">The reports and advice are fully automated, generated by algorithms, and <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"73\">provided without any human oversight, clinical review, or manual verification<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\">AI technology is subject to inherent limitations, including but not limited to &#8220;hallucinations&#8221;, technical glitches, omissions, inaccuracies, or wrong interpretations of the data provided by the user.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">2. Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">No Medical Relationship:<\/b> The information, recommendations, and reports provided by this service are for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes only. L&#8217;insatisfaction quant au contenu, au format ou \u00e0 l&#8217;utilit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue du rapport ne donne droit \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisateur \u00e0 aucun remboursement, demande de r\u00e9trofacturation (<i data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"393\">chargeback<\/i>) ou cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">5.
